    Shout out to reservation and front desk. This is my 2nd time stay in this hotel. Prior to my booked dates I emailed to reservation on my need and very glad that I have a connecting room cos I bring my elderly parents. Front Desk Smooth and swift check in and check out process. As this is my staycation bday I am surprised that the front desk sent me a card and macaroons. This little things really touched my heart❤.     Staff at Sofitel were super helpful and friendly when my fiancé and I couldn’t finish our food, they went out of the way and came out with several dabao boxes for us (we had to pack the food ourselves due to SMMs measures as the restaurant wasn’t allowed to take back to food to pack for us) The chefs made their rounds to make sure their guests enjoyed our food. It was a pleasant experience.

    The rooms were amazing. Even though we took their deluxe room, we did not expect the spacious room we got. The hotel facilities like the gym and the pool were great. The gym was well equipped and they had a secluded corner with yoga mat. Amazing to workout with privacy . The pool had a great tropical feels to it. Every staff in the hotel were super kind and helped us a lot in making our stay amazing. It was my boyfriend’s birthday and they gave us one of the best hotel cake, we have ever gotten. They were even able to work a late checkout for us, as late as 2pm. Not forgetting the breakfast, they were very cautious over my breakfast as I had allergies and made sure We we were okay through out the experience. Food was amazing as well. All in all, it was a great hotel with excellent service.

    I checked in on 20th March 2021 for a one night stay in One 15 Marina. The front desk service was pleasant and followed up with a check on my satisfaction level of the room after I checked in. Staffs at the Latitude bistro were equally amazing as they checked if my mum had any dietary requirements prior to our reading of the menu. Attentive too.

    The guards were all excellent and always had a smiles on their faces which made guest feel extremely welcomed. Daniel was a old family friend, however this did not deter him from his professionlism one single bit. You could feel the pride he had for his job and that he genuinely loved what he was doing, and at the same time was super sweet, and the same level of service was retained for all his gests that he interacted with without bias. The slight twinkle in his eyes when interacting with guest as well as his quick wit and gentle desposition makes him a great front desk as the face of the hotel. I spoke with Winfred before I had stepped into the hotel, and he was able to immediately recall our conversation, which suprised me as being in the travel/hotel industry, I understand how hard it can be to remember every single call that comes in or guest that walked past. However, Winfred did not seem to falter and could even accurately remember our names as well as greet us warmly whenever he saw us, which definately made us (and I am sure for every guest he interacts with) feel special. Win was calm and steady, which is a slight contrast from the other guards who tended to be rather bubbly, nontheless, this did not detract from the experience, and instead added to his service as had the ability to also make you feel like your surrondings just fade away just by speaking with him. He is very ernest and hangs on to the guest's every word before he reiterates what is needed, and by doing so ensures that he got all the information needed and made every interation with him a seemless one. Haley was so bubbly and just a bundle of sunshine which is much needed in the mornings, and went out of her way to assist and help! Loved the experience at the hotel, and the LYF Guards only made the experience all the more memorable even though it was just a short two days stay. Will definately recommed the hotel to everyone and would also definately come back for a stay!

    We had our wedding solemnisation and banquet at Intercontinental Singapore on 20 Mar and I must say, we were all blown away by the hospitality of every single staff at Intercon. From the banquet manager Shane to the event coordinator John, to the AV technicians and down to all the staff who help us while on standbys for all our march-ins, they had been nothing but amazing. Shane, in particular had done such a great job managing and crafting in the entire wedding event execution such that neither do we nor our bridal party needed to worry. We were constantly reminded to sit back relax and enjoy the day. John, the event coordinator was superb at running the grounds, coordinating program down to the seconds, and single handedly served the 2nd & 3rd dishes up to the bridal suite when we were changing outfits for our 2nd March-in. Our photographer and videographer who had been to several weddings were equally impressed and also commended that Intercon’s hospitality and friendliness in their service is top-notched. 💯 for everyone who played a part in making our wedding such a big success!

Stay was great not just due to the lovely views from the hotel room, or the awesome hotel pool - it was wonderful thanks to the exceptional service from the people at Andaz. Special shout-out to Scott who is spotted usually at L25 Pool Deck or at L2 hotel lobby assisting with guests’ queries. Scott makes the effort to hold friendly conversation with guests and makes helpful suggestions on how guests can “maximise” their stay with the hotel. He also bothers to recognise guests by their faces and greets them warmly as a familiar friend, which exudes great hospitality making all feel very welcomed.
